My lovely friend Bryony who i worked with at the yoga rocks retreat in Crete wrote the words for this whilst out in Crete. I was more than happy to put music to it and turn it into a monster.

My hair’s gone wild and my clothes are wet from the sea, all I really want is another cup of tea!
But they’ve brought more raki and tho I’m feeling crappy. I drink to to the sun and make myself have fun. I’ve lost my cigarettes but this time is still the best!

I’m having a breakdown on the beach but this life is pretty peach. But everything is fine because we’ve got greek wine.

I’m lying in the seaweed trying not to sink right in. Can’t be bothered to walk up the cliff but it’s scratching up my skin.
I’ll have another cigarette and one more on the way. I buy a beer on the way back, but I forget to pay. My make ups across my face but it’s ok it’s ok.
There’s always another day.

and that the kitchen gives me shocks and I keep falling down the rocks. But I laugh till I cry, could be the best way to die.

There’s always another tomorrow, there’s always another way. Even though my brain is broken it works in it’s own way.

Embrace the tears and fears, bathe in all your pain. Scream at the mountain and forget that you’re insane.
