How do you feel when you spend so much time away from certain things or situations and the thought of confronting it fills you with dread? Well believe it or not, that happens with most people. Its simply about being able to recognise that you are an individual different from everybody else and you have so many flaws and all of that is absolutely ok as that's what life is. once this is recognised, every day can be a different journey. So when you find yourself beating yourself up for always forgetting certain things or letting the next door neighbour see your superman Y fronts hanging on the line, stop for a minute and realise that its nothing to fret about. You are only worried about this self created image of yourself being broken and you know what, That image doesn't exist. So each day you can rejoice in the fact that forgetting things or wearing superman pants is never going to damage anybody's world . WOOHOO
