MELODIC PUNK
The start is a near direct quote from Goenka, the founder of modern day Vipassana meditation and it is about staying balanced when all around is not working out.
I wrote this song just before going travelling and i found myself stuck in a somewhat depressive rut , pretty much dismayed with everything that was going on in the media, such as brevet, Donald Trump and generally witnessing the whole of society jumping on the bandwagon.
So i thought i would spell out my place whilst hoping to leave it all behind

just like the melody of a sweet sweet song
but the man who is worthwhile is the man with a smile
when everything ends up paradoxically wrong

So get onto your inters, and slide around all night
Red flag conditions, blinded by the light
