Its true that when have extremes in emotions in life, we may call them highs and lows, as a musician sometimes the lows make it clearer to feel a true connection to life. After all life is actually all about ups and downs which is why we shouldn't crave perfection all the time as that simply isn't the law of life and nature.
As a musician i am able to express my true inner feelings more poetically when i am experiencing the realness of life.

Anyway i wrote this partly about someone who made me realise this and also partly about myself and many others who have big ups and downs emotionally and maybe we all can gain some insight from these moments
